We at WOLLNY WP Unternehmensbewertung GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (hereinafter referred to as “WOLLNY WP” or “we”) take your privacy seriously. This privacy statement explains what personal data we collect through the MultipleGuide application (hereinafter referred to as the “app”), how we store and use it. WOLLNY WP is the data controller for purposes of data protection laws and regulations. WOLLNY WP collects, processes and uses your personal data in compliance with the data protection laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union.
Information on personal data
Personal data means data that can be used to identify or contact a person. This includes, for example, name, address, email, or telephone number. We do not collect or process personal data through the current version of the app.
App download
When you download the app from the App Store, some data is transferred to the operator of the App Store. This includes, in particular, the username, email address or customer number of your account with the App Store operator, data and time of the download and the individual device code. We have no influence over the collection of this data and we are not responsible for it. We process this data to the extent necessary for you to download the app to your device, and we delete this data afterwards.

Security
We take all necessary steps to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation, and unauthorised access. Provider of the MultipleGuide application (hereinafter referred to as the “app”) is WOLLNY WP Unternehmensbewertung GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (hereinafter referred to as “WOLLNY WP” or “we”). For contact details, please refer to the company and legal information section of the website.
Your use of the app requires that you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully.
Scope
We offer the use of the product exclusively to customers who are businesses within the meaning of Article 14 of the German Civil Code, public legal entities or public-law special funds. These terms of use apply exclusively; other terms shall not become part of the contract even if we do not expressly object to them. To be effective, any side agreements must be concluded in writing.
Versions, costs and subscription management
The app is available in a free standard version and a paid premium version. The prices are specified in the App Store. Your iTunes account will be charged immediately after the confirmation of the purchase. The costs for using mobile internet for both versions of the app are based on the tariffs of your provider.
The premium version is a subscription-based service for a term of 12 months, which will be automatically extended for another 12 months, unless terminated within the prescribed time limit. You have to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the contract period. You can cancel the subscription by turning off the auto-renewal option in the settings of your iTunes account. Instructions on how to do this are available at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039.
Functions and features
The app has been developed to calculate an indicative company purchase price. Users enter the financial data of the relevant company into an input screen designed for this purpose and select one of the 18 available sectors, in which the company operates. The app uses this data to calculate an indicative price range and presents the results in tables and charts. The calculation is based on published financial information of a number of listed companies, which we download, analyse and update on an ongoing basis.
The free standard version only calculates prices as at December of the previous year. With the premium version, users get up-to-date price calculations on a per month basis.
Important note: the app is not a substitute for a company valuation. All information, in particular the indicative price calculations, are only rough estimates. We do not accept any liability or warrant that this information is accurate. It is the responsibility of the users to check the calculation results.
Rights of use
We hereby grant you a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to download, run, and use the app on your device. By downloading the app, you do not acquire any copyright or intellectual property rights, unless they have been explicitly granted to you. You may terminate the use of our services at any time. The decompilation of the app is not permitted.
Changes to the terms of use
These terms of use are subject to change e.g. as a result of the continued development of the app, addition or removal of functions and features or based on legal requirements. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, having regard to the applicable legislation. By clicking “I agree”, the changes will take effect.
Limitation of liability
WOLLNY WP shall be liable, without limitation, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In the case of negligence, WOLLNY WP shall only be liable for injury to life, body or health, claims under the Product Liability Act and breaches of material contractual obligations, which are essential for the proper performance of the contract and the fulfilment of which the client may routinely rely upon. In the case of a negligent breach of material contractual obligations, the liability is limited to contractually foreseeable damage and a maximum amount of EUR 4 million per individual claim. If there are multiple claims arising from the existing contractual relationship with WOLLNY WP on the basis of a negligent breach of material contractual obligations, the aforementioned maximum amount shall apply to the total of all the claims concerned. If WOLLNY WP has excluded or limited its liability, this shall also extend to the personal liability of its shareholders, employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
We do not provide any guarantees or accept any responsibility for the availability, reliability, functionality or fitness of the app for your purposes.
Data protection
WOLLNY WP collects, processes and uses your personal data in compliance with the data protection laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union. All entries in the app are made anonymously. We do not collect personal data of users or record names of the companies valued. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
Final provisions
These terms of use are governed by and shall be construed solely in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless there are overriding mandatory legal provisions, in particular with respect to consumer protection.
